Terms of Service for S&S Waste Services

Welcome to S&S Waste Services's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Dumpster rental subject to availability. We will contact you prior to booking to confirm delivery date.

PLEASE REFER TO THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES ITEMS PROHIBITED IN OUR DUMPSTERS:

Batteries/ Oils/ Bricks/Cinder Blocks/ Paint (empty cans okay) Dirt/ Sand/ Soil/ Mud/Any Tire type/Beds/BedFrames/ Propane tanks (small or large) /Explosives /Rocks & Concrete/Flammables Sheetrock/ Gas Cans/ Shingles/Hazardous material/ Stone Landscaping/ timbers/ Stucco* Marble Stumps/ Tires Pressurized tanks (including helium)

*Please note that our dumpsters have a 2. Ton (4,000 lbs) max weight capacity. Any tonnage above allowed 2 Ton (4,000 lbs) max fill weight will be charged at $65 per ton.

Yard waste can only be mixed in with construction debris but not with bagged/un-bagged trash or appliances.

---LOADING INSTRUCTIONS---

The customer is responsible for the filling of the dumpster and its contents. Please note the following:  DO NOT fill above max fill line or top rail of dumpster. • DO NOT load items in a way that will prevent the dumpster doors from completely shutting and locking. • LOAD EVENLY by spreading items out as you load.

---SCHEDULING, ADDITIONAL FEES, ADDITIONAL RENTAL TIME & PENALTIES ---

• Tonnage above allowed 2 Ton (4,000 lbs) max fill weight will be charged at $65 per ton. • DO NOT block the dumpster on pickup day. If we are unable to retrieve the dumpster and have to return a $65 fee will apply for each attempt.

• ADDITIONAL DAYS BEYOND RENTAL PERIOD may be honored solely based on our discretion and availability. Many times we have already reserved the dumpster for another customer. If we are able to extend additional days a maximum fee of $50 per day will apply.

• FLAT, LEVEL PAVED OR GRAVEL surface is required to drop a dumpster. Customer is responsible for any local city or municipality permit which may be required.

• PENALTIES FOR UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS OR IMPROPER LOADING will apply if any of the above policies are violated. We reserve the right to remove from our dumpster and leave at the property any items/ debris that are in violation of our policies. If we deem a load to be in violation, a remediation fee in addition to the full rental fee may apply. The remediation fee will be no less than $50 and will serve to cover the labor costs associated with removing or adjusting the items in violation.
